The Clear Choice for Healthy Septic Systems

Routine septic pumping helps prevent unexpected backups, protects your drain field, and keeps your wastewater system operating efficiently.

Those remaining systems benefit from maintenance that’s tailored to older plumbing layouts rather than assumptions based on the surrounding neighborhood.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ryan and Scott came over to diagnose a faucet leak -they replaced the cartridge to save the faucet when a different company said I needed a new faucet. They were both a pleasure to work with. Customer Service was on point and very fast turnaround time on fixing the faucet.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I contacted Totally Hooked Plumbing & Drains through a Google ad because I needed a company with the ability to run a camera through my drain pipes. My owner’s suite shower wasn’t operating correctly, and I wanted to make sure there weren’t any roots in the line.

Scheduling was very easy, everyone I spoke with over the phone was helpful, clear, and professional. Communication was excellent. Collin, the technician, was available earlier than expected, and instead of just showing up, the office called to confirm if that worked for me. That alone was impressive.

When Collin arrived, he was friendly and professional. He greeted me by name, shook my hand, and got right to work while still carrying on a pleasant conversation. He asked thoughtful questions to better understand the issue and shared information that I didn’t know, which will even help me in guiding my real estate clients in the future.

He went above and beyond by also checking our water filter, which hasn’t worked since we moved in. I really appreciated his honesty and the time he took to walk through everything with us. The estimate was free I just had to pay $69 for the drain cleaning.

In today’s world, good customer service can be hard to find, but Collin made me feel like a person, not just another job. I look forward to working with Totally Hooked Plumbing & Drains again in the future, and I’ll be sharing their information with my network.

Our Septic Tank Pumping Services in San Marco, FL

Most San Marco properties use municipal sewer, but some older homes and select commercial properties still rely on private septic systems. We inspect the entire system before recommending the right maintenance.

Septic Tank Pumping and Septic Tank Cleaning

Waste naturally builds up inside every septic tank over time. We’ve found that heavy rain near the St. Johns River can sometimes mimic a full tank. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection recommends routine septic maintenance to help protect long-term system performance.

Emergency Septic Service

Wastewater backing up into your home should be inspected quickly. If the issue extends beyond the septic system, our plumbing services in San Marco can help.

Preventive Septic Tank Service

Small septic problems rarely appear overnight. Scheduled inspections and septic tank cleaning help identify developing issues before they become more expensive repairs, especially for older San Marco properties with limited maintenance history.

Drain Field Support and Evaluation

Your drain field plays an important role in wastewater treatment. Heavy rain near the St. Johns River can temporarily slow absorption, so we also check for damp soil, standing water, and other early warning signs.
