Ryan and Scott came over to diagnose a faucet leak -they replaced the cartridge to save the faucet when a different company said I needed a new faucet. They were both a pleasure to work with. Customer Service was on point and very fast turnaround time on fixing the faucet.

I contacted Totally Hooked Plumbing & Drains through a Google ad because I needed a company with the ability to run a camera through my drain pipes. My owner’s suite shower wasn’t operating correctly, and I wanted to make sure there weren’t any roots in the line.

Scheduling was very easy, everyone I spoke with over the phone was helpful, clear, and professional. Communication was excellent. Collin, the technician, was available earlier than expected, and instead of just showing up, the office called to confirm if that worked for me. That alone was impressive.

When Collin arrived, he was friendly and professional. He greeted me by name, shook my hand, and got right to work while still carrying on a pleasant conversation. He asked thoughtful questions to better understand the issue and shared information that I didn’t know, which will even help me in guiding my real estate clients in the future.

He went above and beyond by also checking our water filter, which hasn’t worked since we moved in. I really appreciated his honesty and the time he took to walk through everything with us. The estimate was free I just had to pay $69 for the drain cleaning.

In today’s world, good customer service can be hard to find, but Collin made me feel like a person, not just another job. I look forward to working with Totally Hooked Plumbing & Drains again in the future, and I’ll be sharing their information with my network.

What Sets Totally Hooked Apart

  • Free Septic Estimate

Every service starts with a professional evaluation, helping you understand your septic system’s condition before we recommend the right maintenance.

  • Flow Free Guarantee

If your septic system does not flow properly after service, we will return to correct the issue and provide repair solutions at no charge for that follow-up visit. It’s our way of standing behind the quality of every service we perform.

  • Licensed Florida Plumbing Professionals

Totally Hooked Plumbing operates under Florida License #CFC1432554. In our experience, Neptune Beach’s sandy coastal soils allow wastewater to move differently than heavier inland soils, making routine inspections especially valuable for septic-dependent properties. See our recent plumbing projects to learn more about our workmanship.

  • Professional Septic Pumping Equipment

Our specialized pumping equipment safely removes accumulated waste while helping your septic system continue operating reliably.

Our Septic Tank Pumping Services

Although Neptune Beach is largely served by municipal sewer, the homes that still depend on private septic systems benefit from consistent maintenance. Coastal rainfall, sandy soil, and aging septic systems can all influence long-term performance. We evaluate your entire system before recommending service, ensuring maintenance is based on your property’s actual needs rather than assumptions.

Routine Septic Tank Pumping

Routine pumping removes accumulated sludge before it reduces your septic tank’s working capacity. Keeping solids under control helps protect your septic tank, supports proper wastewater flow, and reduces unnecessary stress on the drain field.

Septic Tank Cleaning

Built-up solids naturally collect inside every septic tank over time. Our septic tank cleaning services remove those materials while allowing us to inspect accessible components and identify maintenance concerns before they become more expensive repairs.

24 Hour Septic Tank Backup Service

A septic backup requires prompt attention to help prevent additional plumbing problems. If you notice slow drains, sewage odors, wastewater backing up into fixtures, or standing water around the drain field, our team is ready to evaluate the problem and recommend the right solution. If you’re also experiencing clogged fixtures inside your home, our drain clearing services in Neptune Beach can help restore proper flow.

Septic System Inspections

Routine inspections help identify developing issues before they interrupt your home’s plumbing. Some older Neptune Beach properties have changed ownership several times, leaving homeowners with little information about previous septic maintenance. Inspecting your system during scheduled pumping provides a clearer understanding of its current condition.

Septic Pumping Cost & Professional Service

The cost of septic tank pumping depends on factors such as tank size, accessibility, system condition, and the amount of waste that needs to be removed. After inspecting your septic system, we’ll explain our findings, answer your questions, and recommend the service that’s best for your property’s needs.
