Ryan and Scott came over to diagnose a faucet leak -they replaced the cartridge to save the faucet when a different company said I needed a new faucet. They were both a pleasure to work with. Customer Service was on point and very fast turnaround time on fixing the faucet.

I contacted Totally Hooked Plumbing & Drains through a Google ad because I needed a company with the ability to run a camera through my drain pipes. My owner’s suite shower wasn’t operating correctly, and I wanted to make sure there weren’t any roots in the line.

Scheduling was very easy, everyone I spoke with over the phone was helpful, clear, and professional. Communication was excellent. Collin, the technician, was available earlier than expected, and instead of just showing up, the office called to confirm if that worked for me. That alone was impressive.

When Collin arrived, he was friendly and professional. He greeted me by name, shook my hand, and got right to work while still carrying on a pleasant conversation. He asked thoughtful questions to better understand the issue and shared information that I didn’t know, which will even help me in guiding my real estate clients in the future.

He went above and beyond by also checking our water filter, which hasn’t worked since we moved in. I really appreciated his honesty and the time he took to walk through everything with us. The estimate was free I just had to pay $69 for the drain cleaning.

In today’s world, good customer service can be hard to find, but Collin made me feel like a person, not just another job. I look forward to working with Totally Hooked Plumbing & Drains again in the future, and I’ll be sharing their information with my network.

Our Septic Tank Pumping Services

Not every home in Jacksonville Beach has a septic system, but those that do benefit from routine maintenance by experienced professionals. Heavy rainfall can temporarily place additional demand on septic drain fields, so evaluating the entire system before recommending service helps homeowners receive maintenance that’s appropriate for their property’s specific needs.

Routine Septic Tank Pumping

Routine pumping removes accumulated sludge before it reduces your tank’s usable capacity. Scheduled maintenance helps protect both the septic tank and drain field while supporting reliable wastewater flow.

Septic Tank Cleaning

Septic tank cleaning removes built-up solids that naturally collect over time. Our septic tank cleaning services also include inspecting accessible components and explaining any maintenance concerns before they become larger repairs.

24 Hour Septic Tank Backup Service

A septic backup should be addressed promptly to help prevent additional plumbing problems. If you notice sewage odors, standing water, slow drains, or wastewater backing up into fixtures, our team is ready to evaluate the problem and recommend the right solution.

Septic System Inspections

Routine inspections help identify developing issues before they interrupt your home’s plumbing. Some septic-dependent properties in Jacksonville Beach have limited maintenance records, making inspections during scheduled pumping a valuable way to better understand your system’s overall condition.

Septic Pumping Cost & Professional Service

The cost of septic tank pumping depends on several factors, including your tank’s size, accessibility, overall system condition, and the amount of accumulated waste that needs to be removed. After evaluating your septic system, we’ll explain exactly what we found, answer your questions, and recommend the service that best fits your property’s needs.
